NEW HOT WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED; HOWEVER HOT WATER TEMPERATURE AT SINKS AND DISHMACHINE IS ONLY 87F. HOT WATER HEATER WAS TURNED UP AND SERVICE TECH WAS CALLED.

Notes: THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF A FIRE. INITIAL INSPECTION WAS DONE BY POLK CO. 11,17,28 THERE HAS BEEN ADEQUATE CLEANING OF FOOD CONTACT & NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES AS WELL AS PHYSICAL FACILITY. FACILITY IS OK TO OPERATE.
