In order to qualify for the Targeted Small Business (TSB) financial and technical assistance programs, you must be certified by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA). In order to begin the certification process, you must completely fill out the application and submit it with all necessary documentation and a non-refundable $25 application processing fee to the department. Note: to download the application forms and instructions, you will need to have an Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
