New GMMS Login Instructions

This is the login screen for the new GMMS.  Each user will receive a new User Name and password to use.

To edit a location simply click on any device under that location.  See p. 7 below for more instructions.

This is the top portion of the main screen.  Our contact information is in the upper left corner.  All actions will begin from this screen:  adding new locations, editing existing locations, moving AD’s, applying for new AD registrations, renewing existing AD registrations, and editing distributorship information.

Click here to process your payment to renew Amusement Devices. 

First select which devices you wish to renew by clicking the boxes to the left or click select all at the top of the list (see p.2 above).

 

Click here to begin to add a New Location.  See p.4 below for more instructions.

Click here to finalize any moves you have prepared above.  See p. 5 below for more instructions.

 

Click here to begin the registration application for new Amusement Devices.

First select what location you will be placing the Amusement Devices in.

See p.6 below for more instructions.

This is the bottom portion of the main screen.  All pending applications show at the bottom of the screen.  Ones that are started but not completed will be listed in draft status.  Ones that are completed and are awaiting DIA approval will be listed in pending status.  Once the application has been approved by DIA the application will drop off this list as it is no longer pending.

 

This is the screen you are taken to when you click “Add New Location” on the main screen (see p.3).  Fill in all of the blanks as I have in the example above and click “submit”.  If you are entering a warehouse everything will be the same except you will choose warehouse instead of bar/tavern under classification above.  Also, you won’t need to enter a liquor license number for a warehouse.  If you want to make sure the liquor license is valid click the checkmark to the right.

To move an Amusement Device you must first select from the drop down box for each device where you want that device to be located.  You can move as many devices at one time as you wish.  After all of your selections have been made then click “Move Amusement Devices”.

 

This is the screen you are taken to when you click “Add New Registration” on the main screen (see p.3).  Fill in all of the blanks as I have in the example above and click “submit application”.  If you want to make sure the motherboard number is not already registered click the checkmark to the right.  As always an invoice, receipt, or bill of sale is required.  You can scan and attach the invoice above under attachments if you would like.  First click “browse” and find where you have the attachment stored on your computer and then submit your application.  You will then be directed to our banking site to make your payment. 

 
 


This is the screen you are taken to when you click on any device listed (see p.2) under a location in which you want to edit the location’s information.  There are certain fields that are editable and certain fields that are not (the bar’s address and liquor license number).  Once you have made the changes you want to click save at the bottom of the screen.
